FLEETCOR is Hiring a Remote Client Services Specialist

What We NeedFLEETCOR is currently looking to hire a Client Services Specialist within our ALE Solutions division. This position falls under our Lodging line of business and is located in St. Charles, IL. In this role, you will be the “First Impression” of ALE. As a Client Services Specialist, you will be committed to providing exceptional customer care by answering incoming calls quickly and professionally. You will report directly to the Client Services Manager and regularly collaborate with Insurance Adjusters and Policy HoldersRole ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities of the role will include:Answering high volume incoming calls with professionalism and compassion in 1-2 ringsSupporting continuity among work teams by documenting and directing calls from other departmentsGreeting visitors and directing them appropriatelyReceiving and distributing all incoming mail and deliveries to the appropriate departmentsCommunicating with Insurance Adjusters and Policy Holders on extensions, new claims and responding to emails involving a call backNavigating Task Manager with proficiencyMaintaining all front office fax machines and printers with paper/toner at the end of the daySorting e-faxes, and e-file paperwork for the hotel departmentAssisting other departments with special projectsAssisting new hires on department procedures and practices Ability to work various weekends and holidays and overtime as neededMaintaining regular and consistent attendancePerforming other duties and projects as assignedQualifications & SkillsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred Two plus years of related job experience preferredComputer proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and OutlookACT program experience a plusExcellent verbal & written communication skills, be very organized, have strong problem-solving skills, ability to multi task, and be a team playerAttention to detail and accuracy are critical skills for this positionExhibit strong business acumen and sound judgementAble to establish and maintain healthy working relationships among team members in the course of workAbility to assist coworkers with escalated tasksBenefits & PerksMedical, Dental & Vision benefits available the 1st month after hireAutomatic enrollment into our 401k plan (subject to eligibility requirements)Virtual fitness classes offered company-wideRobust PTO offerings including: major holidays, vacation, sick, personal, & volunteer timeEmployee discounts with major providers (i.e. wireless, gym, car rental, etc.)Philanthropic support with both local and national organizationsFun culture with company-wide contests and prizesOur Company & PurposeFLEETCOR is a global leader in business payments, laser focused on developing smarter ways for businesses to pay their expenses.
