Company Overview:

We are a dynamic and fast-paced start-up specializing in vehicle aftermarket products for fleets across the Southeast, with a heavy emphasis on the Public Safety and Energy/Utility sectors. With a dedicated team of two outside sales reps and two active owners, we are committed to delivering top-notch products and services to our clients. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Inside Sales Representative to join our team and help drive our sales efforts.

Location: Braselton, GA

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Job Summary:

The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by managing and developing relationships with existing and potential clients. This candidate will need to be highly organized, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and have a deep understanding of the vehicle aftermarket products for fleet vehicles, particularly in the Public Safety, Energy, Utility, or general Work Truck sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead Generation and Qualification: Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.

· Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling.

· Sales Support: Provide support to outside sales reps by preparing quotes, processing orders, warranty claims, and handling customer inquiries.

· Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our product offerings and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

· Collaboration: Work closely with the vehicle installation team, outside sales team, marketing, and operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.

· Reporting: Track and report on sales metrics, customer interactions, and pipeline activity using our CRM system.

Qualifications:

· Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of inside sales experience, preferably in the vehicle aftermarket industry or related field.

· Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of aftermarket products for fleet vehicles, particularly in the police and Energy and Utilities, or general Work Truck, sectors.

· Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information.

· Technical Skills: Proficient in using NetSuite and Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

· Customer Focus: Strong customer service skills with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships.

· Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment.

· Self-Motivated: Driven and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed.

Education:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
