Summary of the position .
The top candidate chosen for this key role will be responsible managing all aspects of planning, scheduling and coordination of assembly orders in addition to supporting S&OP process.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively handles a high-volume of production and planned orders.
• Processing, clarification, and confirmation of orders using SAP.
• End to End managing of all production orders.
• Manage orders that are for new assemblies, repairs and remanufacture.
• Communication on all order related topics (incl. scheduling picks, assembly, test and final inspection).
• Understanding of ECNs and implementing them
• Experience working with BOMs, routings and work centers.
• Checks inventory and release orders on stock arrival (bi-weekly report, action, delivery reliability)
• Initiates and supervises rush orders.
• Project management of key deliverable for medium to large orders.
• Supports the order management team
• Implements process improvements.

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

• Good software aptitude
• Intermediate Microsoft Office experience - Outlook, Word & Excel
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Results orientation with the ability to work under pressure.

• Business acumen with ability to proactively resolve customer issues
• 2 to 4 years customer service experience in a technical product
• Project management skills

Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

• Presentation skills
• Customer Service experience
• Process development and implementation
• Multilingual a plus - Spanish or German

Education :
BS in business, technology, or related field. Non- business degree with relevant business experience will also be considered.
