Project Manager
Fletco Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive, plan, and supervise construction projects from start to finish. As an ideal candidate, you shall have a sharp mind for business and proven success in leadership, supervisory skills, and experience as a construction Superintendent and prior Project Management knowledge. As a Project Manager you serve as a representative of our team, so it is crucial that you carry out your responsibilities in accordance with our company’s policies and procedures. Again, your demonstrated leadership and initiative is imperative for this position, as well as having interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships. As a great leader you should be well organized and have excellent time management skills and be a self-starter. Objectives of this role include constant communication with upper management, subcontractors, and the Fletco Team to ensure proper operations. Must be able to determine needed resources from the start to finish of a project with attention to budgetary limitations. We value your experience and welcome feedback.
