Job DescriptionFletco ConstructionProject ManagerFletco Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive, plan, and supervise construction projects from start to finish. As an ideal candidate, you shall have a sharp mind for business and proven success in leadership, supervisory skills, and experience as a construction Superintendent and prior Project Management knowledge. As a Project Manager you serve as a representative of our team, so it is crucial that you carry out your responsibilities in accordance with our company’s policies and procedures. Again, your demonstrated leadership and initiative is imperative for this position, as well as having interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships. As a great leader you should be well organized and have excellent time management skills and be a self-starter. Objectives of this role include constant communication with upper management, subcontractors, and the Fletco Team to ensure proper operations. Must be able to determine needed resources from the start to finish of a project with attention to budgetary limitations. We value your experience and welcome feedback.
Responsibilities:
  • Planning, organizing, and evaluating the construction project according to the assigned schedule and given specifications.
  • Must have a working knowledge of Superintendent Duties
  • Must have a working knowledge of Estimating Duties:
  • Scope & Specifications
  • Code Analysis
  • Detailed Plan Evaluation
  • Creating Schedule of Values
  • Project Scheduling
  • Finding and Vetting Subcontractors and Suppliers
  • Coordinate Bonding Information
Project Manager Roles:
  • Pre-construction and Organization of Project
  • Material Takeoffs and Ordering
  • Project Scheduling and Construction Operations
  • Project specification and Detail Confirmation
  • Change Order Coordination
  • Superintendent Coordination
  • Submittals
  • Client walkthroughs
Project Manager Requirements and Qualifications:
  • BS in Construction Management or Construction Sciences with minimum 5 years’ experience in construction project management preferred OR
  • GED or High School Diploma with minimum 10 years’ experience in construction project management required
  • Ability to deliver quality work on tight deadlines, with strong organization and priority setting skills
  • Knowledge and experience in Commercial Construction
  • Detail oriented and can multitask
  • Excels in a high-paced work environment
  • Strong communication skills both oral and written
  • Ability to multi-task effectively
  • Adaptable and calm under pressure
  • Expert problem solver
  • MUST be proficient in computer usage and be someone who can learn new software quickly
  • Prior experience in Sage 100, Procore, or other ERP’s is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite required
Work Location: One location

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
