Job Title: Production Lead
Essential Functions
- Performs lead functions on the floor which include(s):
* Assisting in setting the daily schedule
* Assisting is setting the daily rotation
* Coaching the troubleshooting of problems that arise
* Coaching the continual evolution of employees and work areas
- Ability to learn and perform various daily duties and functions of the production floor which include(s):
* Packing and accessories
* Punching steel
* Painting product
* Basic assembly
Working Conditions
As a production lead, most working hours will be spent standing and working with various equipment and personnel, which requires the use of personal protective equipment.
Prior Working Experience
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial field preferred. Will train the right individual that has demonstrated history leading a group of people, as well as activity reporting and setting schedules a must.
Education
High School Diploma or GED Required.
Wage
This will be dependent on experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
