• TITLE: Assistant Account Manager/Client Services Representative

• LOCATION: Beaverton, OR (HYBRID - once trained)
• HOURS: M-FRI - 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
• SALARY RANGE: $50,000-$65,000 (depending on experience)

Job Summary

The Assistant Account Manager’s primary role is to ensure customer satisfaction by processing service requests in a timely, efficient and accurate manner for our account management team and our clients. Job Title Assistant Account Manager/Client Services Representative Job Overview As the assistant account manager, you will be preparing invoices, reviewing and processing endorsements, policy checking and issuing binders and ID cards. Other tasks include prepping policies for delivery and maintaining accurate policy and insured information in our agency management system (Applied Epic).
