AM Law 200 law firm seeks Labor & Employment Associate Attorney. Associate Attorney must have a minimum of 3-6 years of federal litigation experience. Associate Attorney must be licensed with the Florida Bar.
Responsibilities:
- Providing legal counsel on various labor and employment issues, including compliance, employee relations, and litigation.
- Representing clients in federal and state courts, administrative agencies, and arbitration proceedings.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating employment-related agreements and policies.
- Conducting legal research and staying up-to-date with changes in labor and employment laws.
- Collaborating with senior attorneys and partners to develop case strategies and deliver exceptional client service.
