Job Summary
The Trailer Maintenance Associate reports to the City Operations Manager. This hourly non-exempt position is responsible for assisting in the maintenance and overall repair duties of Flex Storage trailers, vehicles, and facilities. Incumbents in this position are required to assist in maintaining the overall daily upkeep of the Storage assets and facilities
Responsibilities
- Must be timely and dependable
- Monitor the general conditions Flex Storage Trailers, Trucks, and equipment to ensure high quality appearance and performance
- Evaluate needs and make repairs where qualified Source local partnerships for complex repairs that require service from a 3rd party provider
- Perform minor repairs and routine maintenance to Storage Trailers, equipment, and facilities
- Complete preventative maintenance to Flex Storage Trailers and vehicles
- Follow an established service for preventative maintenance of storage trailers, vehicles, and facilities
- Compile a log of all service and maintenance activity
- Prioritize assignments to complete work in a timely manner
- Work independently and follow through on assignments with minimal direction
