Lingo Staffing is looking for an experienced Production Supervisor in the Rock Hill, SC area. Job Type : Direct Hire Shift : 7 : 00 am - 7 : 00 pm Friday / Saturday / Sunday Pay : $24-$26 / hr *Background and Drugscreen required Duties and Responsibilities Management of all production employees on shift including : o Providing leadership and support.

o Recognizing talent and providing recommendations for promotion. o Reviews and wage adjustments. o Approval of PTO / vacation time.

o Disciplinary action as needed. o Hiring / firing input. · Responsible for the enforcement of safety policies, employee training and policy implementation.

• Treat all staff fairly and with respect. · Complete of all shift paperwork. · Communicate with the Production Manager and office staff when writeups or disciplinary actions are needed.
• Understand all plant policies and enforce them. · Identify employee talent for promotion, training and recognition. · Schedule employee coverage (when employees are off) for shift with Maura Sousa.
• Consult Maura Sousa to determine who is next on the call-in list when the shift is shorthanded. (Usually due to same day callouts).
• Attend and participate in weekly meetings with all shift supervisors. · Attend and participate in meeting with HR staff, office staff and shift employees when disciplinary action is required.
• Complete employee reviews with HR staff and recommend wage changes. · Conduct weekly safety and staff meetings with shift employees The office will provide materials and topics to be covered.

Plant / Warehouse · Provide technical support on all machines, lines, and shifts. · Regular quality checks on product · Maintain required quality of product.

• Maintain expected production rates. · Assist with plant inventory and raw materials management, as needed. · Provide feedback and support during product development, as needed.
• Offer ideas for strategic improvement and optimization. · Meet with Production Manager and Machine Maintenance Department at least weekly to communicate issues and concerns.
• Coordinate routine maintenance with Production Manager and Machine Maintenance Department. INDSTO Job Type : Full-time Pay : $24.
