Job Description:The training supervisor is passionate about helping people learn and grow. The training supervisor is a problem solver who can design and execute solutions that provide lasting benefit to the customers, employees & culture of Flexential service support team. The incumbent will partner with leaders and subject matter experts to design, develop, deliver and evaluate blended and online learning solutions. Key Responsibilities And Essential Job Functions
Identify training needs within the service support organization
Create and execute learning strategies and programs
Design, deliver, evaluate, and maintain blended and online learning solutions
Develop and maintain career matrices for service support leadership
Collaborate with subject matter experts across all areas of the business
Work with other Flexential learning professionals to leverage best practices and information sharing
Consults with business leaders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to conduct task analysis and recommend solutions.
Elevates risks and proposes mitigation strategies to meet timelines
Continually look for opportunities to improve training quality through various training initiatives and processes
Be the voice of the learner, ensuring that their needs are at the forefront of our development efforts.
Manage multiple curricula development projects simultaneously
Use data to effectively evaluate behavioral and business impact of training programs
Communicate team objectives, progress of goals, new processes and procedures.
Create and manage team schedules
Work with talent Acquisition to onboard new hires
Monitor and document team and individual performance, employee punctuality, goals, professionalism, policy and procedures are followed
Document disciplinary issues and coach employee
Required Qualifications
Minimum of three years’ experience designing, delivering and evaluating learning programs
Demonstrated problem solving through collaboration and resourcefulness
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of the data center industry
Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods including ADDIE
Proficient in MS Office
Preferred Qualifications
BS/BA in Education, Business, Psychology or a related field of study; or equivalent work experience
Experience working in a data center environment
Proficiency with learning development software (Articulate 360’s Rise and Storyline packages, Camtasia, and/or similar applications)
Experience supporting the Workday Learning platform
Physical Requirements
Requires use computer and keyboard usage
Require extended periods of sitting or standing
Requires heavy usage of phone
Hourly Pay Range
Hourly pay ranger for this position is estimated to be ($77,175.00- $90,487.50). However, the actual pay range depends on each candidate’s experience, location, and qualifications.
