JOB OVERVIEW
Responsibilities include numerous duties related to assembly and inspection of automotive parts. A Production Associate position can include repetitive lifting, twisting, and bending, in a factory setting. This opportunity will provide the candidate hands-on, day-to-day technical interaction within automotive manufacturing. A successful candidate will have knowledge of production processes, able to effectively communicate information to both management and co-workers, able to inspect product at close range and read fine print and accurately compare, inspect, and reject product not meeting specifications.PERKS OF WORKING AT FLEXFAB

- Use instruments/tools such as hand tools, calipers, micrometers, and gages.
- Accurately use, read, and measure to 1/16th inch increments.
- Acutely enter, record, or maintain information in written or electronic form.
- Successfully complete a criminal and education background review
- Successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen
- Able to Train on 1st Shift then move to 2nd or 3rd Shift.
- Able to work mandatory overtime.
- Have a positive attendance track record and is dependable to the team.
- Be highly motivated and have an interest in manufacturing.
- Have a history of safe work practices.
- Be a team player, who is flexible and easily adapts to change.
