Flexjet, a leading global provider of fractional private jet ownership, is currently seeking a qualified Airline Logistics Coordinator to join our Operations team. The Airline Logistics Coordinator works closely with our Flight Communication and Scheduling Teams in a demanding environment to complete crew movement to 1000 pilots and cabin servers. Candidates in this role must provide exceptional customer service to Flexjet crewmembers and other internal customers within the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Book and confirm commercial airline and rental car reservations for crewmembers as designated by Standard Operating Procedures.
• Drive business to preferred air carriers to meet market share requirements and to achieve budgetary goals.
• Field phone calls from crewmembers to answer questions and provide appropriate resolutions as required.
• Assist with Administrative and Training travel responsibilities.
• Resolve expense report discrepancies.
• Complete special projects assigned by department supervisors.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• 2 years in the aviation or travel industry.
• 2 years working in SABRE or related GDS.
• Previous customer service experience required.
• MUST demonstrate fanatical attention to detail and multitask in a challenging environment.
• Muti-tasking is essential.
• General comprehension of General Aviation is preferred but not required.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Candidate should work well in a fast-paced environment and be flexible to the changing needs of the business.
• Must be detail oriented and able to work productively independently or within a team.
• Excellent oral/written communication and problem resolution skills are required.
• Successful candidate will maintain a high level of professionalism while multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft software applications and the aptitude to learn company specific software.
• Must have excellent analytical skills.
• Have a high level of professionalism and the ability to interact with all levels of leadership.
• Flexjet is a 365/24/7 operation and candidate must be willing to work nights and weekends and Holidays if required. (4-day work week).
• Role is on-site at our brand-new Global Command Center in our corporate headquarters in Cleveland, OH.
