POSITION SUMMARY
The Global Talent Acquisition Liaison plays a vital role in supporting the companys domestic and international recruitment efforts, with a specific focus on sourcing candidates for EU roles. This position involves coordinating recruitment activities, assisting the Director of Global Talent Acquisition with strategic initiatives, and managing essential talent acquisition and onboarding processes. The ideal candidate will also support immigration case management, recruitment coordination, and broader employee engagement efforts. This role is instrumental in ensuring a seamless candidate and new hire experience while fostering a positive, inclusive company culture.
This position reports to the Director of Global Talent Acquisition.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Talent Sourcing & Recruitment Coordination
Proactively source and engage candidates for EU-based roles using a variety of platforms and sourcing techniques.
Manage interview schedules, coordinate candidate communication, and assist with assessments and document collection.
Support the recruitment team by maintaining the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and providing accurate reporting metrics.
Assist with preparation and logistics for recruiting events, including coordinating shipments and managing event materials.
Support to the Director & Recruitment Team
Provide administrative and project-based support to the Director of Global Talent Acquisition, contributing to key departmental initiatives.
Assist in the planning and execution of talent acquisition events and activities.
Collaborate on Global Talent Acquisition projects, including process improvement initiatives and policy updates.
Onboarding & Immigration Coordination
Oversee onboarding processes, ensuring timely completion of paperwork such as background checks and I-9s.
Coordinate immigration cases, working closely with internal stakeholders and outside counsel to ensure accurate and timely processing.
Manage documentation related to employment-based immigration cases and assist with U.S. permanent resident applications.
Generate and analyze recruitment and immigration reports to support strategic decision-making.
Review immigration applications for accuracy and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
General Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between candidates, new hires, and internal stakeholders to ensure a cohesive experience.
Maintain HR records in compliance with legal requirements, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
Support ongoing departmental initiatives and perform other duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred. Equivalent experience may be considered.
1-3 years of experience in an HR, recruiting, or talent acquisition role.
Familiarity with U.S. employment practices and international recruitment strategies.
Experience with aviation industry roles or European employment practices is a plus.
