FlexSol Packaging Corp is Hiring a LOGISTICS ASSISTANT - M-F 8 hour shift (8:00 am - 5:00 pm) Near Gray, SC
- Assists in reviewing shipping notices, bills of lading, invoices, orders, and other records to determine shipping priorities, work assignments, and shipping methods required to meet shipping and schedules.
- Verifies shipping quantities prior to shipping and researches any discrepancies.
- Works closely with Customer Service via email and telephone to help ensure shipping accuracy.
- Helps with end of month inventory count
- Uses TMS (transportation management system) to book all loads
- Plans/prints shipping paperwork so that warehouse employees can pull and scan the loads.
- Ships inventory in the system.
- Invoices all orders in the system and sends to customer.
- Other duties may be assigned
