Flightbites, a premier cannabis edible company, is currently seeking experienced and highly motivated individuals for wholesale sales in New Mexico. This is an uncapped commission-based position with the potential for a negotiated salary based on experience and accounts held.

MUST HAVE PRIOR CANNABIS SALES EXPERIENCE IN NEW MEXICO

Responsibilities:
- Actively pursue new accounts in your assigned territory
- Maintain communication with accounts throughout the ordering and delivery process
- Generate quality leads through web research, attending expos, events, and networking
- Communicate effectively with upper management and the distribution team
- Actively participate in resolving Accounts Receivable issues to keep accounts current
- Visit all clients in person on a regular basis during normal business hours
- Travel within your territory visiting accounts while evaluating brand performance
- Continually monitor account sales and inventory
- Correspond closely with accounts through outgoing/incoming sales calls and emails
- Attend industry trade shows as required

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in outside sales
- Cannabis sales/distribution experience strongly preferred
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license are mandatory - travel within New Mexico required
- At least 21 years old
- Engaging, persuasive, and approachable personality
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Great time management and organizational skills
- Ability to meet new people and promote our brand in a competitive environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Appreciation of and enthusiasm for cannabis culture preferred

Pay:
- Uncapped commission
- Possible salary negotiation based on experience and accounts held
- We are open to offering compensation packages that surpass current contracts and pay structures for highly qualified candidates
