Position: Part Time Office Manager, with potential to move to full-time Location: Hybrid position-Must live in Texas in the DFW, Dallas, or surrounding areas (preferred cities: Celina, Prosper, McKinney, Frisco, Plano, Melissa)

As an Office Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the expansion of the business. This franchise is locally owned and operated by Jane, and she is seeking an exceptional individual to serve as the primary point of contact for her valued customers.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Office Management
  • Strong customer service orientation- committed to delivering 5-star experience
  • Exceptional communication skills, particularly over the phone
  • Strong organizational acumen, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
  • Proficient in managing crews, calendars, and salespeople
  • Problem solver with a "Can Do" attitude to tackle challenges head-on
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Oversee daily office operations
  • Respond quickly to new customer leads and schedule leads for appointments for the sales team
  • Be a champion for the brand with customers- sell the story and generate excitement
  • Support local marketing efforts as required
  • Attend networking events such as BNI, Chamber of Commerce
  • Assist in the development, management, and delivery of local marketing tactics
  • Assist with ordering and receiving products and materials
  • Keep customers informed of installation progress regularly
  • Production Management experience, a plus
  • Bookkeeping skills, a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM software (E.g. Salesforce, a plus)
  • Experience in home service industry, a plus
  • Strive for 5/5 star rating
Compensation:
Salary range, based on experience: $35,000- $60,000 plus bonus opportunities
