As a Production Manager at Floor Coverings International, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our business. You will serve as a contact for our valued customers, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the entire process. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent multitasking abilities, and a keen attention to detail.

- Previous experience in production in the flooring industry is a must.
- Strong communication skills, both over the phone and in-person.
- Highly organized with excellent multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions without supervision.
- Must have their own truck/van. Mileage will be provided.
- Maintain relationships with customers.
- Meet with sales staff weekly to discuss recent sales and production.
- Seek out installers and vet them.
- Manage installers and vendor relationships.
- Meet with installers daily to discuss production.
- Communicate with installers and customers on start dates and times.
- Visit job sites to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Order all products needed for jobs accurately and follow up on delivery.
- Oversee product management and job costing.
- Strive for 5/5 star survey.
Salary range $50,000-$60,000 plus bonus opportunities
