The Specialties Warehouse Associate and Delivery Driver plays a crucial role in the efficient operation of the warehouse and timely delivery of goods to
customers. This position requires a combination of warehouse duties, such as inventory management, order picking, packing, and shipping, along with responsibilities related to
driving and delivering goods to designated locations. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safe driving practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse Duties:

• Receive incoming shipments, verify contents, and ensure accuracy of orders.
• Unload, organize, and store products in designated warehouse locations.
• Maintain inventory records through accurate data entry and regular stock counts.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications.
• Ensure proper handling and packaging of fragile or sensitive items to prevent damage during transit.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.

Delivery and Driving Responsibilities:

• Safely operate company vehicles, including vans or trucks, to deliver products to customers.
• Plan delivery routes efficiently to minimize time and fuel consumption.
• Load and unload goods from the vehicle using appropriate equipment or manual handling techniques.
• Provide excellent customer service during delivery by being courteous, professional, and responsive to customer inquiries.
• Collect payments, obtain signatures, and manage necessary documentation for delivered goods.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance tasks, such as checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and cleanliness.
• Adhere to traffic laws, company policies, and safety procedures to ensure

accident-free driving.

Qualifications:
 High school diploma or equivalent.
 Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
 Previous experience in warehouse operations and delivery driving preferred.
 Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer skills. Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, sometimes exceeding 50 pounds.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory and paperwork.
 Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
 Commitment to safety and adherence to traffic laws and regulations.
