Manage installations schedule
Schedule installations and communicate with crew/project manager
Coordinate installations and necessary project paper work, change orders, billing for the projects
File project documentation within established filing system
Close out jobs in the client’s portal
Review, process and approve changes to the project scope/revise work orders
Communicate day to day tasks and follow ups with crews, customers, clients
Review contractor’s payroll and enter into QuickBooks
Review and address customer complains, care tickets and damage claims
Creating and reviewing project estimates
Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
Manage account compliance and contractor compliance
Reconciling account invoices and payments, ensuring labor is paid correctly
