In this position the employee will work most of the day handling the invoicing of work orders and submitting them to the builders. You must have a strong attention to detail and ability to work as a team and independently.

OVERVIEW OF YOUR DAILY TASKS:
- Verifying and entering the installer’s pay on work orders
- Allocating costs to jobs based on builder and salesman guidelines
- Data entry and preparing invoices and submitting the to builders (daily quota 75 daily)
- Researching work orders
- Communicating effectively with internal departments by phone, email and in person
- Adhere to confidentiality regulations
- Professional communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent numeric perception
- Strong organization skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Highschool Diploma/GED/College required
- Previous typing and data entry experience preferred
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar program a plus
