FL Consulting Group LLC is the Staffing Manager of Flora Craft Brands (www.floraarbor.com), an IL-licensed craft cannabis grower. We are currently looking for a Janitor/Maintenance Technician that represent our Core Values: Quality, Relationships, Education and Reliability. We are a small team and we must have a team-oriented culture with personal accountability and responsibility. You will be expected to work closely with our Manufacturing Teams (Grow and Infusion) to make sure that our facility is clean, preventative maintenance is performed on all of our equipment and the entire facility is operating efficiently and effectively.

Your responsibilities may evolve and expand over time but will include the following:

• Responsible for all cleaning and maintenance projects occurring at the facility including bathrooms, laboratory and grow rooms.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

At least 3-5 years relevant experience

• Excellent organization, communications, and computer skills
• Previous janitorial experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
