Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with a passion for luxury, storytelling, and digital strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including SEO, blogging, and email marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
1. SEO & Blogging:
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and drive website traffic.
- Write, edit, and optimize blog content to align with SEO best practices and engage the target audience.
- Conduct keyword research and monitor website performance, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
2. Email Marketing:
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns that resonate with our luxury audience.
- Create and segment email lists, craft compelling copy, and analyze campaign performance to optimize future efforts.
- Ensure all email communications align with the brand's voice and image.
3. Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and refine digital marketing strategies that align with broader business goals.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance across all channels, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3 years in a digital marketing role, with a proven track record of successful digital campaigns. Experience in the luxury market is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with SEO tools, blogging platforms, email marketing software, and social media management tools.
- Location & Flexibility: The role is primarily in-house, Full time and Hybrid in setup , with occasional travel for events. Must be located in or willing to relocate to Las Vegas.
- Transportation: Must have reliable transportation for local travel to events and meetings.
- Interpersonal Skills: Must possess a vibrant personality and the ability to resonate with clients and vendors, reflecting the brand’s premium quality.
Compensation:
- Starting at $22/hour, based on experience and broader digital marketing skills.
