The E&O Support Specialist works within our Insurance Agents Professional Liability department on our for-profit side of the Florida Association of Insurance Agents. This department is responsible for providing professional liability (Error & Omissions) insurance directly to independent insurance agencies. The E&O Support Specialist is the first point of contact with our customers/agencies. This position is responsible for remitting the necessary applications and any other information that is needed to agencies.

Responsibilities

• Manage the integrity of our data in our agency management system daily
• Provides customer service to agents via phone and email
• This position tracks payments received and outstanding payments for the E&O department
• Enters data into the agency management system

Qualifications

• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Computer skills that include internet and software operations (Microsoft Office products essential)
• Ability to rapidly learn the procedures and policies of the insurance program
• Ability to work with others in a team environment
• Effective written and oral communication skills
