Florida Cardiopulmonary Center in Lake Mary / Orange City, FL is seeking an experienced Medical Assistant. The position involves working in our Front / Back Office. We need a mature, dependable, reliable, and friendly person who is a team player. Candidate must be able to multi-task, prioritize duties, show initiative, and have a pleasant speaking manner.
Back Office duties will include, but not limited to:
- rooming patients
- collecting patient’s vital signs
- chart documentation
- prescription refills
- patient call-backs/phone triage
- other medical procedures, such as EKGs
This is a Full-Time position. The competitive hourly wage for the right candidate. Prior experience working as a Medical Assistant in a medical/physician’s office is required. Candidate must be available to work Monday thru Friday. Immediate availability is preferred.
