Subspecialized Neurology practice seeks EXPERIENCED Medical Front Desk Agent for a part time position.

The ideal candidate will have a strong medical administrative background and be self motivated, detail oriented, efficient, a team player, and be able to multitask in a fast paced environment.

• Mandatory: candidate must be able to work until 7pm/ 7:30pm on select evenings

Some daily responsibilities for this role are:

• Answering phones
• Scheduling appointments
• Checking patients in and out, collecting copays
• Checking faxes and emails
• Some light medical assisting duties (taking vitals, verifying medication lists, assisting with procedures, triaging messages with the doctor, etc.)
