The leadership acumen to mentor, empower, and oversee technicians and support staff, ensuring the seamless operation of the service division. The ability to train, develop and manage all necessary technicians and support personnel to run a successful service division. Ability to research and oversee implementation of the service software. YOU WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR Pioneering the development through leadership of the service division, driving its strategic growth and operational excellence.
