Schedule and coordinate appointments for project managers and installers
Communicate with customers to confirm and reschedule appointments as needed
Maintain up-to-date and accurate scheduling information and documentation
Assist with tracking project timelines and deadlines
Provide administrative support to the Scheduling department as needed

Starting compensation of $18-$20/hour, depending on your qualifications

Requirements Scheduling Office Assistant Position Requirements:
Previous administrative or scheduling experience preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent English communication and phone skills (especially speaking)
Additional Requirements:
Legal US resident/Legally authorized to work for any US employer
High School diploma or equivalent
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Positive attitude and teamwork abilities
