We've been in business for over 55 years, offering our clientele high quality flooring, designer tile, custom cabinetry, and stone countertops. Our book of business consists mainly of high-end residential and business new construction and remodels working with owners, designers, and architects.
As our Sales Director, you will bring substantial, hands-on experience with our industry, substantial strategy skills, prowess throughout the sales process, embody superior customer service, be a relationship builder, and excel at closing sales. You should be a quick learner with a successful track record and someone who can lead by example to inspire and elevate performance in others.

We Offer Sales Directors:

• Starting base salary of $75,000 plus bonus eligibility and commission on overall team sales

Sales Manager Objectives and Responsibilities Include:

• Represent our company effectively and professionally with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings
• Lead and manage sales teams in multiple locations across Florida
• Hire, train, motivate, and lead a team of sales professionals with a focus on continual improvement
• Work with company leadership to develop sales goals, developing action plans, and analyzing performance data
• Meet with potential/existing clients and vendors to grow long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships
• Identify knowledge and skill gaps in your team and collaborate to fill them

• 5 years as a Sales Manager or similar leadership position in the retail tile, cabinet, and/or stone industry
• Top notch leadership abilities and practices
• Proven record of success growing, leading, and uplifting sales teams
• A commitment to superior customer service and experiences
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Legally authorized to work in the US for any employer
• Valid driver's license

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or Management
• Motivational speaking skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Current resident of the Sarasota area or within a reasonable daily commuting distance
