Overview:
Florida Engineering is currently seeking a qualified individual with expertise in construction cost estimates to join our growing Reserve Study team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to formalize comprehensive reports that include property descriptions for one or multiple buildings, along with construction cost estimates presented through graphic charts and/or tables similar to Excel spreadsheets. In this role you would collaborate closely with our inspection team to help gather all the required information/data to accurately perform cost analysis when creating our customers reserve study reports. After time with our firm and training, this role will grow, and you will serve as the lead representative of our firm on new incoming Reserve Studies including SIRS Reports while having the support of our engineering teams and leadership.
