Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as the Everblades/Events Retail Manager. This role will involve overseeing the purchasing, fulfillment, and management of Everblades Hockey merchandise, as well as coordinating merchandise sales for concerts and events at Hertz Arena. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail, a keen eye for market trends, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the purchasing and fulfillment of Everblades Hockey merchandise to ensure adequate stock levels and timely delivery.
2. Operate and maintain the Everblades online team store, including updating product listings, managing inventory, and processing online orders.
3. Review market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for new product offerings within the Everblades Hockey line that will excite fans and drive sales.
4. Restock, refresh, and maintain merchandise stock within the Everblades Pro Shop to create an engaging shopping experience for fans attending games and events.
5. Coordinate the sale of merchandise for concerts and events held at Hertz Arena, working closely with event organizers to meet their specific merchandising needs.
6. Assist with month and year-end inventory counts as needed to ensure accurate tracking of merchandise levels and financial reporting.
7. Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the overall retail operations of the Florida Everblades Hockey Club and Hertz Arena.
Requirements:
1. Minimum three years experience within the retail field. 
2. Must be customer service-oriented and courteous. 
3. Must be results-driven with a strong work ethic.
4. Must be detail oriented.
5. Ability to work under pressure in a fast fast-paced environment. 
6. Experience with basic photography is a plus, but not required. 
7. Experience with retail point of sale is a plus, but not required. 
8. Experience with Shopify online retail is a plus, but not required. 
9. Experience in hockey and event merchandising is a plus, but not required. 
10. Ability to work nights and weekends. 
11. Ability to lift 50 pounds at a time.
