Description

The Switchboard Operator is responsible for exhibiting excellent customer service by receiving and routing a high volume of external and internal phone calls.

• Handle all inbound phones calls
• Route all calls to proper destination
• Maintain excellent telephone etiquette at all times
• Sort lock box mail
• Sort and stuff billing sheets
• Assure compliance with all company plans, policies and procedures set forth by the Florida Orthopaedic Institute

Qualifications

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• 1 year experience in a medical environment
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to multi-task and handle high volume of calls
