The ideal candidate will assist the District Manager in supervising and monitoring security team as outlined in Post Orders and in the Operational SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures), ensure all officers have proper training, and cultivate a positive and professional work environment.

Essential Responsibilities :

• Supervise security team in assigned demographic area
• Follow up on any incidents, issues and disciplinary reports from Dispatch.
• Responding to calls for assistance or post coverage
• Providing assistance to officers in accordance to established procedures
• Training of new security staff on SOPs and company policies
• Remain flexible in a continuously changing environment; adapt to diverse situations
