Sales Manager Responsibilities for Florida Roofing and Gutters:
1. Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
2. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth and expand market share.
3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
4. Sales Training: Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team, ensuring they are equipped to effectively communicate the value of our products and services.
5. Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve sales effectiveness and efficiency.
6. Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
7. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services.
8. Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management, providing updates on sales performance, key initiatives, and market trends.
This is a comission based position managing about 15 salesman.
