The ideal candidate will not be afraid of physical work and be ready to learn our inventory software with such proficiency that he or she will be able to train others on the system. You will need to have forklift experience or alternatively, be able to engage in our on-site training and certification. Narrow aisle forklift experience would be a plus. You must have a great attitude and be ready to lead a team. You will need to have a customer-oriented approach with the motivation to make our processes even better as we grow. The overriding goal is to ensure smooth and seamless operations of the Company using a variety of skills all of which are targeted to create maximum efficiency and the highest customer satisfaction in the industry. You must possess strong decision-making and problem-solving skills as well as excellent communication skills.
