Summary The Quality Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the production of high-quality products. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, skilled in assembly processes, and committed to maintaining quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. Essential Duties: Comply with Safe work methods, policies, and procedures. Inspect and document incoming product to documented requirements, such as engineering drawings, inspection test plans and first articles. Perform in-process inspection of sub-assemblies in manufacturing. Perform final inspection of provers prior to shipping. Maintain accurate records of inspection results and communicate findings to relevant teams. Assemble mechanical components according to provided instructions and drawings. Use hand tools, power tools and machinery to complete assembly tasks. Ensure proper alignment, fit, and functionality of assembled parts. Collaborate with other departments to address quality issues and troubleshoot assembly related challenges. Qualifications: High School Diploma associate degree or vocational school certificate preferred. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ability to use inspection tools and equipment required to inspect product. Calipers, Pi Tape, Micrometers, Measuring Tape Experience with MS office and Adobe Acrobat or similar programs. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment.
