About The Role An HVAC Assistant will play an important role in helping the FLOW team with installation and service. Someone who can undertake a variety of tasks with the desire for personal growth in the HVAC field would be ideal. Following directions and communication skills with co-workers are of great importance, along with a positive mindset.
Position Opportunities This position will offer work under supervision but also be a part of a team, working together as a unit. The candidate will learn about the products that we offer with the guidance and knowledge of our HVAC Lead Technicians. This will offer experience in new construction and remodel with residential and commercial clients while assisting with full HVAC installation, repairs, and preventative maintenance procedures. All Flow employees take pride in working on jobs from start to finish in an accurate, thorough and timely manner.
What The Job Requires Of You
Always exhibit professional conduct.
Clean and clear the work area after the job has been completed.
Maintain and always use required personal protective equipment.
Follow all safety protocols, regulations, and company policies.
The ability to lift and handle HVAC equipment in tight, awkward places.
Able to climb in attics, under houses and in box trucks.
Able to safely handle and climb up to 40 ft in height on extension, step and other types of ladders including removal from, and replacement to, service vehicle roof top.
Able to lift 75 lbs. or more.
Required ability to walk on roofs of different types, shapes and slopes.
Repetitive lifting, twisting, bending, pulling, pushing and digging may be required.
Handles power tools, drills, saws, etc.
What Is Needed
High school diploma or GED.
Valid Driver's License (required).
Dependability and self-motivation with the desire to work year-round.
What We Are Offering A full-time position with a rate of $15.00 - $20.00 per hour. This is an 8-hour shift, daily Monday to Friday with no evenings or weekends. Overtime is available but not required. Benefits include:
