Mission & Outcomes: As a part of our National Account sales team, you will use your strategic selling skills and a consultative sales approach to hunt and secure meaningful ongoing relationships with fitness and wellness companies. You will be responsible for selling our premium commercial Refill Stations to new customers, utilizing internal resources and personal networks from prospect to close. Your mission will be to increase the base of FloWater’s customers by focusing on top-named accounts using an enterprise sales strategy and ensuring the successful onboarding of each new client.
Great Candidates: You have a minimum of 5 years of successful enterprise selling into fitness and wellness national accounts. Your proven track record has given you a robust book of business with C-Suite decision-makers. You thrive in a fast-paced company, are resourceful and innovative in problem-solving and your sales approach; work with a sense of urgency, and are a fantastic relationship and rapport builder.

Compensation: This is a full-time, salaried position with a competitive base salary of $105,000 - $120,000, with a lucrative commission plan and bonuses as well as a comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, F.S.A., 401(k)), partially paid parental leave policy, and Paid Time Off.
