Flowly Solutions is hiring a shipping supervisor for our warehouse team.

This is a full-time position with a Monday through Friday schedule. The working hours are 8:00am - 5:00pm with occasional overtime required.

The ideal candidate will have direct experience with local shipping. This position is very hands on, requiring you to be involved with the kitting and labeling.

As a shipping supervisor, you will be responsible for all areas of the warehouse. This included inventory, order picking, packaging, labeling, product quality control and audits.

We are a relocation business specializing in moving, assembling and repair. We offer a variety of other services as well.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise a small shipping team to ensure there are no mistakes
• Process orders using our ERP system
• Daily cycle counts of the entire warehouse
• Handle incoming inventory and ensure the correct items are received without damage
• Work directly with freight vendors to communicate any issues
• Operate a forklift and electric pallet jack
• Load and unload products into a truck
• Ensure the working area is clean and organized
• Assist other departments if required

Qualifications:

• Two plus years of direct experience in shipping supervisory
• Computer literacy and prior experience using ERP systems
• The ability to work independently without supervision
• Physical capability of lifting 50 pounds
• Reliable transportation to work
• No formal education is required
