A premier Developer/GC in the Midwest is looking to add a Traveling Superintendent to take the lead on their ground-up Mulitfamily Builds ranging from $25-$60M. They have projects across the US with a heavy backlog in the Midwest.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications, budgets, and schedules.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure proper implementation of safety measures.
• Collaborate with project managers and owners to develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating subcontractor activities to meet project milestones.
• Monitor and manage project budgets, including tracking expenses, reviewing change orders, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Communicate effectively with project teams, subs, and owners to provide updates on project progress, address any issues or concerns, and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Document project activities, including daily reports, progress photos, and quality assurance inspections, to maintain accurate records and facilitate project documentation.

Candidate Requirements:

• 8 years as a Superintendent
• Successful track record running Wood-Frame Multifamily projects valued at $20M or more
• Concrete experience preferred but not required
• OSHA Certification
• Experience utilizing Procore
• Ability and desire to travel throughout the US
