This full-time position (36-40 hours/week) can be spread over 4 or 5 days (Monday through Friday) and offers a pay range of $63,000-$72,000 depending on experience and productivity. Must be available for afternoons and early evenings. Non-billable time, such as late cancellations, report writing, paperwork, and meetings, is compensated.

- Provide high-quality speech therapy, taking a holistic and functional view of children's needs
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and write reports that capture the child's skills and deficits
- Partner with families to empower them to teach and support their child's communication
- Maintain ethical standards of the profession
- Continually develop personal and professional education and skills
- Communicate and collaborate as part of a cohesive team
- Document objective and subjective data to provide and modify evidence-based therapy plans
- Set therapeutic expectations for clients while motivating children and providing individualized challenge
- The ability to communicate well and be empathetic to the issues our clients and families are facing
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with other team members
- The desire and ability to proactively solve problems each day
- Flexibility to learn new skills, receive constructive feedback and provide honest feedback to others
