We work with families to help children reach their full potential, making a positive impact while having fun! This full-time position (36-40 hours/week) can be spread over 4 or 5 days (Monday through Friday) and offers a pay range of $63,000-$72,000 depending on experience and productivity. Must be available for afternoons and early evenings. Non-billable time, such as late cancellations, report writing, paperwork, and meetings, is compensated. Provide high-quality speech therapy, taking a holistic and functional view of children's needs
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and write reports that capture the child's skills and deficits
Partner with families to empower them to teach and support their child's communication
Maintain ethical standards of the profession
Continually develop personal and professional education and skills
Communicate and collaborate as part of a cohesive team
Document objective and subjective data to provide and modify evidence-based therapy plans
Set therapeutic expectations for clients while motivating children and providing individualized challenge
