This full-time position (36-40 hours/week) is perfect for an experienced SLP who is passionate about working with children and families. You will have the flexibility to spread your work over 4 or 5 days (Monday through Friday) and will be compensated with a competitive pay range of $46 to $49 per treatment hour plus productivity bonuses. Additionally, non-treatment time, such as late cancellations, report writing, paperwork, and meetings, are all compensated.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute comprehensive assessment, interpretation, and reporting that capture the child's skills and deficits, taking a holistic and functional view of children's needs.
  • Set therapeutic expectations for clients based on documented objective and subjective data while motivating children and providing individualized challenges.
  • Partner with families to empower them to teach and support their child's communication.
  • Support a culture of collaboration amongst our team and with families.

Requirements:

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Hearing-Language Association
  • Washington State Speech Language Pathologist License
  • At least two years of experience providing speech therapy services to a pediatric population is preferred
