Entry-Level Solar Utilities Coordinator

Job Type : Full-Time (40 hours / week, M-F)

Location : American Fork, UT (onsite)

Compensation : $15-16 / hour ( DOE)

Position Summary :

We are looking to bring on a driven individual who is ready to grow within a company and help manage our customer accounts and work with our utility companies.

We are a company designed to provide the very best service and experience for our customers throughout the entire solar installation process.

Qualifications :

• Able to commute to our corporate office in American Fork
• Customer service experience (1 year preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willing to work full time
• Can independently complete tasks on time
• Very detail-oriented, and organized

Day in the life :

• Coordinate and communicate with customers to get interconnection documents signed
• Fill out portal, PDF, and other web forms pertaining to interconnection application
• Submit interconnection applications to utility companies for approvals
• Manage daily pipeline and maintain our company's quality standards
• Update customers on the status of their permit
