Summary of position:

Selects proper pin header and makes sure hoses match to pins. Lubricates pins and hose, places raw hose on proper pins. Maintains wash tables. Sorts hoses.

The responsibilities include:

*Observes all safety rules and company regulations

*Receives verbal or written job assignment instruction from supervisor

*Inspects hose for conformance to specifications

*Loads and unloads vulcanizer*Places cured hose in proper containers

*Fills out production reports and time sheet each day

Additional Responsibilities (other requirements):

*Assists in training of new employees

*Reports any unsafe working conditions

*Maintains good housekeeping and “5S” in work area

*Perform all other duties & responsibilities as assigned

*Regular acceptable attendance and punctuality are required.

Education, Training, Experience Required:

*Requires a High School Diploma or GED

*Requires good communication skills

*Must be able to read and write

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
