We are looking for an Outside Sales to join our team in maintaining a solid reputation with our clients and providing quality results.
What You'll Do:
Prospecting
Find prospects and leads to solicit FST products and services.
Cold calling on prospective and/or existing clients within an assigned region.
Understand current and prospective customer’s needs, business issues, and purchasing
Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships.
Perform direct sales contact and sales development work through all levels of a customer or prospect organization.
Identify opportunities to grow the regional customer base and prepare action plans to convert sales prospects into new accounts.
Participate in local marketing events such as seminars and trade shows.
Account Management
Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell existing customer base within assigned region.
Ability to work closely with Operations and Manufacturing regarding key sales.
Develop trust, loyalty and solid long-term relationships with key customer decision-makers.
Own executive-level client relationships, strategic business planning, and service delivery.
Remain aware of the competitive environment and profitability of each account.
Customer Service
Respond to complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
Provide customer support when needed.
Provide professional after-sales support to increase the likelihood for repeat business.
Ensure the timely review, strategy development, accurate evaluation and effective bid on all inquiries.
Sales Process
Manage sales goals and quotas.
Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a customer to securing a deal.
Responsible for hitting KPI activity metrics established by management.
Provide accurate and timely forecasts, funnel hygiene, target/objective updates to deliver on all account objectives and annual targets.
Prepare a variety of status reports such as sales forecasts, meeting notes, and progress to goals.

What is Required?
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proactively addresses clients’ needs and facilitates the FST sales process from beginning to end.
Proven Sales Experience
A strong work ethic is extremely important to us
What is Preferred?
Experience within a manufacturing facility
Experience with CNC machines
BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or relevant field.
