We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Architect with a wealth of experience in digital transformation. As a critical member of our team, you will shape the design, implementation, and optimization of our Enterprise Architecture Practice at Fluke. Your deep understanding of architecture across all subject areas is critical in this role

Enterprise Architect

  • Design, develop, and implement enterprise architecture solutions across business, application, data, and technology domains.
  • Provide guidance and leadership on application architecture, integration architecture, and enterprise architecture best practices and standards.
  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand the strategic objectives, requirements, and challenges of the organization.
  • Analyze the current state and future state of the enterprise architecture and identify gaps, opportunities, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Create and maintain enterprise architecture artifacts, such as models, diagrams, roadmaps, and frameworks, using enterprise architecture management tools like Bizdesign.
  • Ensure alignment and integration of enterprise architecture with other IT initiatives, projects, and systems.
  • Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions that can enhance the enterprise architecture and support the business goals.
  • Facilitate and promote the adoption and governance of enterprise architecture principles, policies, and standards across the organization.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise architecture, application architecture, or integration architecture.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in enterprise architecture frameworks, methodologies, and tools, such as TOGAF, Zachman, ArchiMate, and Bizdesign.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in designing and implementing enterprise architecture solutions across business, application, data, and technology domains.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in various application architecture and integration architecture patterns, such as microservices, SOA, ESB, API, and ETL.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in various technologies, platforms, and languages, such as Java, .NET, Python, SQL, Oracle EBS & Fusion, AWS, Azure, MS Dynamics, Identity Management, DevOps.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to evaluate trade-offs and risks of various enterprise architecture options.
  • Excellent leadership, collaboration, and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Certification in enterprise architecture, such as TOGAF, EACOE, or CEA, is preferred.
