Fluxx is looking for a highly motivated Director, Financial Planning & Analysis to join the Finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning within a SaaS environment. This role will be instrumental in driving financial performance, providing insights for decision-making, and supporting Fluxx's growth strategies. This role reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer.

This is a full time exempt and remote position. Candidates must be located in the United States.

How you will make an impact/What you will do:Financial Planning and Forecasting:
- Lead the annual budgeting process and monthly forecasting activities
- Develop and Maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and business planning
- Provide accurate and timely financial analysis to support decision making processes
- Analyze Financial performance against key business metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Prepare detailed variance analysis and explain deviations from budget/forecast
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identity trends, risks and opportunities
- Collaborate with Senior management to develop long term strategic plans
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions
- Prepare and present financial reports to executive leadership
- Communicate financial results, forecasts and strategic recommendations clearly and effectively
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the financial department
- Collaborate cross functionally to support business objectives and drive operational efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within a SaaS or technology company.
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Advanced financial modeling skills in Excel Google Sheets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
