Minimum Requirements:
Job Duties:
Load and unload passengers safely on/off the aircraft, load luggage, secure aircraft, fuel aircraft, assist with marshalling aircraft. Direct passengers to and from aircraft safely. Upkeep ramp equipment, secure equipment, report maintenance needs, follow department procedures accurately, organize light paperwork and receipts per procedures, answer FBO phone calls, radio communications, communicate with pilots, and staff professionally. Work scheduled shifts and be dependable, on time. Maintain good relationship with co-workers, customers, clients, maintain good attendance, be on time. Being late causes flights for the entire day to be late. Follow instructions, be open to changes that may occur to procedures or policy changes, and willing to adjust when necessary.
