Full Job Description

We are searching for a Handyman/Maintenance man to join our team. You will work to keep various buildings and grounds up. This is a full time position. Normal working hours are Monday-Friday 8 am to 5 pm with occasional work outside of these hours.

Responsibilities for Maintenance Man

• Perform routine building maintenance duties, including painting, minor repairs, plumbing, carpentry, and heating and ventilation systems maintenance
• Clean interior of the building, as well as machinery and equipment, and exterior of the building
• Complete administrative duties, such as filling out forms and reporting maintenance statuses to supervisor
• Comply with all safety and health regulations
• Keep inventory of maintenance and cleaning supplies and equipment, and report needs to supervisor
• Respond to emergency calls for maintenance and repairs
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues
• Work with and maintain relationships with contracted vendors

Must be able to pass a background check.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $26.44 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
