Overview:
We are seeking a Sales Support Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist the sales department in achieving revenue targets by providing exceptional support and service to customers.
Duties:
· Assist the sales team with preparing quotes, sales orders.
Collaborate with whole good manager and communicate order status from operations to sales team
· Check inventory for sales team to locate wholegoods in stock
· Assist the scheduling pre-delivery inspections (PDI).
· Assist in the scheduling of demos for sales team.
· Customer research on behalf of sales representatives.
Experience:
· Experience in related field is preferred.
· Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in the construction or equipment dealership industry.
· Familiarity with light construction and arbor equipment is a plus.
· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
· Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
